- Resumes and cover letters are not necessary unless requested in the Minimum Requirements or Application Procedure section of the job announcement page. Staple resumes to the back of the application if submitting a hard copy. For some positions, copies of college transcripts, licenses, or certifications are required (see Minimum Requirements section); staple photocopies to the back of the application. Official copies are not required; student copies are acceptable.
