Resumes and cover letters are not necessary unless requested in the Minimum Requirements or Application Proceduresection of the job announcement page. Staple resumes to the back of the application if submitting a hard copy. For some positions, copies of college transcripts, licenses, or certifications are required (see Minimum Requirements section); staple photocopies to the back of the application. Official copies are not required; student copies are acceptable. If you complete an "online" application and copies of college transcripts, licenses or certifications are required, you must submit or e-mail a copy of the documents (see Job Announcement page for the address).While we do accept student copies of transcripts, the transcripts must include both the name of the college or university you attended as well as your name. Transcripts that do not contain identifying information will not be accepted.
If applying for more than one position and each require copies of college transcripts, licenses or certifications, you must submit copies with eachapplication.
Answer each question on the application in full. Do not write, "see resume” or the application may be rejected.
